If you are a traveler like me going from one place to another is much more convenient if you use Grab. Way back before I use UBER but since they no longer offer this service in the Philippines the alternative that you can use is Grab.

For me Grab works almost the same way as UBER but it's much more nicer and convenient now, especially they have updated their policy and system. If you need to rush or you don't know the place most drivers are very accommodating. If they are not it's ok because prior to booking you do have an option to get their details before you actually book them. So you do have an option to report if they do stupid stuff. But base on my experience it's rare occasion that this will happen.

It's very convenient because you can book a ride if ever you need one instead of waiting a longer period of time for a taxi. You will already know the fare that you need to pay for the ride that you book. Most of the time I give extra to the Grab drivers because most drivers that I have booked are accomodating and honest. I prefer this and I would recommend this to any foreign friends that would visit Philippines.
