I’m Lester. I lived in the Philippines where many people struggle to earn money because the economy is below the poverty line that is fortunate enough to know how to make good money online.

None of it came easy, there was a ton of trial and error to get where I am today. I consider myself  blessed to have broken free of the NOISE and found valuable information to take action on. Now I can relax with my beautiful girlfriend, loving family and awesome friends. My online pursuits allow me to enjoy “free time” with my favorite people.

Like most of us here, I used to work a 9 to 5 job from a BPO industry with a boss that would make corrupt officials seems like Mother Teresa. Did you know that the most common complaint at a work place is about an unreasonable boss.

Finding your true passion can be very exciting. I thought for sure that I would be the typical college grad with an office job somewhere. Literally counting down the hours until I’d be able to go back to my awesome family. That life didn’t ever really appeal to me, yet like so many others, it’s the route I first tried to take. But the personal experience taught me that I was never meant to be stuck in an office. I needed to do something better with my life.

One day, a friend of mine recommended that I start making money online. The whole idea of making money over the internet seemed like a big SCAM that is the most common mindset of the people here in the Philippines. All the “pop ups” and pushy advertising in the MMO look unclassy to say the least, so I was little bit skeptical that it could actually be done in a more professional way. I do research about this stuff but most of this programs only exist in United States so I do some further research and learn the method which can be applicable here in the Philippines. After a couple of failures I discovered some great networks like Lazada Affiliate and Unity Network it helped me earn some good income online and I proved to myself that success is possible. From that day on, I never looked back, EVER!.

With this blog, I want to be as transparent as possible with everything I do online. Everything that I did to reach my current income level I owe to my good friend. For that reason, I want to do the same for my subscribers. My business, STEP-BY-STEP – Is all on my blog for you to see. I’m not trying to show off my success – that’s definitely not my purpose.  If you’re already doing business online, I hope that my experiences – both my wins and my failures – can help you reach your goals.
